Fit(ter) and 40 by Claire Roche

In the last 7 years I have been a range of weights from 15.7 to 10.12.

This year i have decided it doesn't matter what weight I am as long as I feel fabulous and to feel more  fabulous I need to get fitter.

I'm upping my running mileage, weight training once a week and going to combat classes at the gym.

All things I love doing. I'm eating more veggies and fruit and drinking more water.
What I'm not doing is beating myself up about a number on the scale or in my clothes. I'm not telling myself I cant have a creme egg if I really want one and I'm not worrying about what other people think.

🤣 I've bought the virtual medal frame with the hope of doing at least 50k a month and this year I am going to run 5k in under 30 minutes and a 10k in under an hour. If my bum is less chubby at the end of the year that's just a bonus 😘

What's your goals for this year? xx

Well done Claire and thanks for contributing.  We look forward to the next update.

Sam & Vicky xx
