3S by TeamVRUK Activewear Christmas Returns Policy

We understand that many of our Team members may purchase or drop a hint for 3S Activewear as a Christmas gift.

Therefore, we are offering an extended returns policy on all 3S by TeamVRUK items during the Christmas period.

Orders placed from 20 November 2019 - 24 December 2019 can be returned up until 15 January 2020, for a full refund or exchange. Items must be returns with original packaging, inclusive of tags and unworn, complete with the returns form sent with the item or the completed form which can be downloaded here.

Please note shipping charges are non-refundable unless item is faulty.

Standard Returns Policy for 3S by TeamVRUK

We hope you love our activewear as much as we do but we do know sometime you can change your mind or simply need to change the size.  We offer a refund or exchange on non-sale items returned within 14 days.

Any sale items will eligible for a gift card voucher refund only.

Here is the Returns/Exchange Process for you to follow:

  • Please complete the Exchanges & Refunds form included with your items. You must detail your name and order number
  • Pop the items back to us in secure packaging with paperwork inside. It is recommended that you obtain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for items that do not reach us. If your parcel was lost, you would contact royal mail to claim the value provided you have the correct level of value cover
  • Items must be returns with original packaging, inclusive of tags and unworn • 3S by TeamVRUK will issue refunds within 14 days of receipt of returned items
  • Exchange items will be resent within 5 days of receipt of the returned items
  • Please note items must be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days from receiving. Sadly anything received after this time may be rejected and returned to sender at cost
  • If you receive a faulty it must be reporting within 28 days of receiving the item and returned to us. We are happy to offer a replacement or refund once the item has been received by us

Please also note we are unable to offer refunds on gift card, all gift voucher sales are final and non- returnable.

Items that show signs of being worn this will not be refunded and will be returned to you at your cost.

If an item is returned to us from the post office due to not being collected, we will return the goods to you but this will be subject to a standard delivery charge.

Any manufacturing faults will be evident within the first 28 days so faults reported after this time period will be classed as general wear and tear and we cannot be held responsible for damage caused by the consumer. This includes rips, tears, fraying or any other damage that is not deemed as a manufacturing fault.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, except in the case of faulty items.
