How do I submit evidence?

Once you have completed the challenge please complete the form on website under the contact us section marked submit evidence

How do I send proof?
Proof can be in the form of a screen shot from your phone of strava, garmin or any other tracking app route. We will also accept a photo from your phone from a fitbit, running watch etc, google maps, 

When is the deadline for evidence?

The 4th of the following month for the event. So October events, 4th November deadline.

I haven't had a welcome email or bib number

All welcome emails are sent within 24 hours of entry sign up and all bibs are emailed 7 days prior to an event starting. If you don't receive the email within this timeframe please check spam and junk folders. If you still can't locate your email please contact us via the contact us form online and include your mobile number.

When will I get my medal

We aim to post medals within 3 working days of submission of evidence, first class via Royal Mail. In some circumstances there may be a delay due to volume of submissions but all medals will be sent to those submitting evidence within 28 days of evidence closing dates.
