From 1st July, get ready for a sunshine‑fuelled fitness boost.
For 8 full weeks, you’ll receive brand‑new fitness or well‑being challenges straight to your inbox every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday.
That’s 24 summer challenges designed to keep you motivated, moving and feeling amazing through July and August.
How it works
• Your challenge email will land by 6.30am every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday.
• A welcome email will also be sent on 30th June to make sure no one has accidentally unsubscribed.
• Each challenge is designed to be completed that week, but you can do them whenever suits your summer schedule.
What to expect
We’ve created a challenge that works for every fitness level.
Each email includes:
• A high‑impact and low‑impact option
• A mix of fitness, movement, mindset and feel‑good well‑being tasks
• Activities you can complete at your own pace, in your own way
This isn’t a strict programme.
It’s a fun, flexible summer companion to help you stay active, energised and positive—whether you’re at home, on holiday or soaking up the sunshine in the garden.
Digital Winter Reward
Those registered for the digital reward will receive it by 31st August 2025.
This downloadable 2026 Winter Fitness & Well‑Being Pack includes:
