How does it work?
Sign up today and between 1st March and 31st March you must complete 5k. This can be a run, walk, cycle or swim. One session or multiple.
Simply upload proof of completion before the deadline of the 4th April 2023 and we will post your amazing medal reward.
Payment is to enter the race and medals are posted as a reward for submitted evidence by the above deadline.
