Wowser's this is a stunner.  Celebrate your 10k with your own Glitter Ball to practice your quickstep, foxtrot or maybe a Samba around.

You can complete anytime between now and end of December 2019.

Strictly Come Racing 10k is all this sparkly and super.

Please note you are paying to enter the Virtual Race.  The medal is a reward for completing the challenge and submitting evidence by the deadline date.  

Entrants must commit to completing a 10k distance (That's just over 6 miles) and that can either be a run, walk, cycle or tri.
We will even accept a combination of these, provided the complete distance is done during the autumn/winter

All you need to do is sign up to the virtual race. Complete the distance 
Send us proof. Wear your medal with pride.

Medals are sent second class by Royal Mail.

Nominated Charity 

Every week in the UK at least 12 young people die of undiagnosed heart conditions. Since its formation in 1995, Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY)has been working to reduce the frequency of young sudden cardiac death (YSCD). CRY supports young people diagnosed with potentially life-threatening cardiac conditions and offers bereavement support to families affected by YSCD. CRY promotes and develops heart screeningprogrammes and funds medical research. CRY publishes and distributes medical information written by leading cardiologists for the general public. CRY funds specialist referral, screening and cardiac pathology services at leading UK hospitals.
