2019 1000 miles or 1000 km Virtual Distance Challenge

Our very first spinning medal and wow!  We love it.

For this one you have the whole year and you choose the metric distance :  1000 miles or 1000km.

You have to run, walk or cycle or use a combination of disciplines (which can include swimming) to cover the chosen distance.

Please note you are paying to enter the Virtual Race.  The medal is a reward for completing the challenge and submitting evidence by the deadline date.
 
This Virtual Distance Challenge is open throughout 2019 and you have from January 1st 2019 until December 31st 2019 to complete the distance.
And you can absolutely include your daily step count to achieve this goal next year.
Go on, virtually challenge yourself in 2019.
All you need to do is sign up to the virtual race.  
Complete the distance during 2019
Send us proof.
Wear your medal with pride.
Submission deadline for completion will be 4th January 2020.   
Medals are sent second class by Royal Mail.

We have developed strong partnerships in the community with emergency services, crisis teams, legal teams and local partner agencies over the last 42 years.
We are committed to increasing awareness and promoting zero tolerance of domestic abuse. We are a small charity passionate about making a difference to those who desperately need our help.
